What’s the difference between LCL and FCL?
LCL shares a container with other shipments and suits smaller loads. FCL gives you a whole container and suits larger or sensitive cargo.
What do you need from me to give a quote?
Tell us what you are shipping, where it is coming from and where it is going. Weight, dimensions, a packing list and your cargo-ready date help us quote more accurately.
Does my quote include duties and taxes?
Only where your quote says so. Each quote lists what is included and excluded.
Can you deliver to my door?
Yes, through Heavyline Transport. Tell us the delivery address and type of cargo, and we can include delivery in your quote.
How long will shipping take?
It depends on origin, sailing schedules and clearance. We’ll give you expected timings with your quote.
Can I ship items with batteries, fuel or chemicals?
Possibly, but these need approval first and may require special handling or documents. Please do not send them until we confirm acceptance.
Can I track my shipment?
We share updates at each key stage, from departure to arrival and release.
